Your Coaching Process
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines "Coaching” as "partnering with Clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."
Your coaching process starts with a FREE, no-commitment chemistry session for 30 minutes to simply connect and determine:
If coaching is right for you
If I’m the right partner to help you reach your goals
If we both want to move forward with a coaching engagement
Next, we establish an agreement for coaching. We'll have a 2-hour deep-dive, Discovery Session where we discuss your goals, strengths, weaknesses, values, and tailor the coaching program to your specific needs.
Then, we step into 12 consecutive coaching sessions, where we carry out the coaching partnership and work towards your goals.

About Me
Austin is a professional coach with a deep passion for self-awareness, empathy, servant-leadership, and all things leadership development.An engineer by training, and a communicator by nature, Austin enjoys problem-solving and relationship-building. He leads with positivity and naturally looks to see the best in his clients and identify their strengths.He has over 10 years of experience developing, leading, & training teams & leaders within engineering programs & faith-based organizations.In 2022, he obtained a Master’s degree in Communication & Leadership from Gonzaga University.In 2024, he completed his professional coaching education & training with InviteChange, through their ICF-accredited program, Being Generative Professional Coaches.He is currently working towards his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) ICF coaching certification.
My Journey
In May 2020, I received a job offer from another team within my company. I was honored to receive the offer, but this also presented me with an extremely difficult decision. The new opportunity seemed to be a logical step for my career, but, I still felt uneasy.Throughout my decision making process, I was challenged to genuinely think about what I wanted to do. This was slightly foreign for me, because most of my life and career decisions were not always MY decisions.But a close friend empowered me by asking,”If you could do anything, what would you want to do?”. For the first time in my adult life, I felt I was given PERMISSION TO DREAM. My answer was that I would want to operate in the areas of my strengths and interests which are communication and leadership.This revelation led me on a thrilling journey of investing in myself and honoring my passions. I was so used to sitting in the passenger seat of my career, simply taking whatever was offered to me and going with the flow. But through that conversation, I discovered a newfound agency, where I don't just have to accept what life presents to me.I realized I can sit in the driver's seat of my life and career, chart the path, and set the destination. This exciting revelation led to me obtaining my Master's degree in Communication & Leadership from Gonzaga University, completing a professional coaching program to become a certified coach, and starting this coaching practice.This is just the beginning of the story I'm starting to write for myself, and I am passionate about others embracing their agency as well.You're in the right place if:
